Overview

As a Front-End Developer at Malted AI, you will be integral in shaping the face of our AI platform. We're looking for a creative and skilled individual passionate about building intuitive and dynamic user interfaces that encapsulate the power of our backend AI systems. The right candidate will be adept at translating complex processes into clear, user-friendly experiences both for clients and internal use.

While this role is primarily located in Edinburgh, remote work is flexible.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust, scalable, and high-quality front-end applications and annotation interfaces for our AI platform
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers to implement interactive design concepts
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while maintaining a coherent user experience across all products
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and readability
• Utilize a variety of markup languages to write web pages
• Take ownership of code quality, including writing tests and performing code reviews
• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and best practices

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Front-End Development and Responsive Design
