Overview

We are looking for a talented UI Designer with strong visual design skills to join our team. The successful candidate will design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for AI-driven applications, working alongside engineers and other designers. They will be integral to creating a cohesive and visually appealing user experience, from prototyping to final design. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in the development of groundbreaking technology that will transform the way we work and use AI.

Alongside the creation of UI, the successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to build the visual image of our brand, working alongside our commercial team to design and implement marketing material and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-quality UI designs for AI-powered applications and tools that are functional, accessible, and visually engaging.
• Build interactive prototypes in Figma to bring ideas to life and demonstrate user flows and animations.
• Support the creation of graphic assets, icons, illustrations and marketing assets that enhance user experience across the whole life cycle and align with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and commercial teams, to support our design needs.
• Keep up with current design trends, especially those relevant to AI products, to ensure modern and innovative design approaches.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years experience in UI design roles or relevant experience.
• Industry design experience, preferably in tech or AI-driven product design.
• Strong skills in design software (e.g. Figma & Adobe Creative Suite) for design and prototyping and for creating graphic assets is a must.
• Experience integrating user feedback into product development.
• Familiarity with design principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards.
