Overview

As a Client Delivery Manager, ****you will play a crucial role in helping shift Malted AI’s operating model towards the creation of bespoke AI solutions. This position is critical for ensuring the successful execution of complex AI solutions within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in managing technology projects within the financial services industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs, project complexities, and the nuances of financial technology solutions.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of projects, fostering strong relationships with clients, and ensuring that every milestone is met with the highest standards of quality. You will also act as a key representative of Malted AI, overseeing client expectations, driving innovation, and providing clear and concise communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex AI solutions for financial services clients, ensuring that all project goals, timelines, budgets, and scope are met.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of each project, from initial scoping and planning through to execution and post-delivery support. Ensure project deliverables are aligned with client expectations and Malted AI's standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders.
• Generate high-quality written content for project documentation, reports, and communication materials. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring visibility throughout the project process.

Key requirements

• Deep experience working in financial services, with a strong understanding of the industry’s challenges, regulations, and technological advancements. Ideally, experience across a range of financial services sectors such as banking, insurance, or fintech.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple successful technology projects within the financial services sector, particularly projects involving AI or digital transformation.
• Highly organised, with a structured approach to managing complex projects, timelines, and client expectations.
